Sun Salutations: Start the event with a series of invigorating Sun Salutations to honor the sun and energize your spirit. (Traditionally, 108 Sun Salutations are Practiced - We will have a space dedicated to those who wish to complete this ritual)
Restorative Yoga with Thai Massage: Transition into a calming Restorative Yoga session, allowing your body to relax and rejuvenate. Experience the healing touch of Thai Massage throughout promoting deep relaxation and muscle relief.
